We offer
A dynamic role where customer relations is the focus. Through coordinating qualitative provision of travel services, you will build long term relations with customers worldwide while at the same time belonging to a small and close team in Gothenburg.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and booking all travel reservations for the company’s portfolio. You will also ensure that our business travel arrangements meet customer requirements and that the very best cost-effective air fares, car hire, hotel reservations and ancillary requirements are offered and booked accordingly.

Moreover, you will be responsible for administrative practices and ensure that all cancelled or amended bookings are handled in a timely manner.

About you
We need you that have a strong ability to build strong relationships with customers, both external and internal, with a high level of communication skills. At the same time, you are detail oriented and are accurate in your work tasks.

We also believe that you share an interest in developing good general knowledge of customers companies and their contract requirements. Moreover, you are proactive with new working methods and ideas and in that way participate in the development of our offer.

You have a proven track record of at least five years of travel management operations where you preferably have worked with a wide range of customers including the SME market as well as multi-national corporates. You will have extensive experience from Amadeus GDS, business customer service, and business communication. Marine and Offshore experience is beneficial but not essential.
