Network Services Lead
Do you want to take ownership of daily network operations and ensure stable, secure, and efficient service delivery in a global environment?
Do you want to play a key role in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient network operations and service delivery in one of Sweden’s largest family-owned companies? Do you enjoy working close to both technology and operations, close to the technical domain combined with team leadership? Then this role is a good fit for you.
We offer
A dynamic role where you ensure reliable network services in a business-critical, global environment. As Network Services Lead, you drive operational delivery and continuous improvement, combining team leadership with close involvement in the technical domain. You guide an international team based in Gothenburg and Wroclaw, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations through clear planning, prioritization, and coordination.
By leading daily operations with structure and clarity, you enable the team to focus on the right activities and remove obstacles to maintain steady progress. You monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, ensuring alignment with incident, problem, and change management processes, while continuously improving service quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you ensure services are delivered according to expectations and agreed levels, while also supporting improvement prioritization, financial follow-up, and cost awareness.
About you
You are a caring, structured, and pragmatic leader who enjoys working close to operations and taking ownership of planning, prioritization, and execution. You create the right conditions for consistent, high-quality delivery and ensure steady progress. With an entrepreneurial and curious mindset, you thrive in complex IT environments where no two days are the same.
As a strong collaborator, you work effectively across teams and stakeholders, maintaining transparency around priorities, performance, and progress. You are driven by delivery and continuous improvement.
We are looking for you with prior experience in enterprise networking, such as LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or network security, and have worked in a team lead or similar role with operational responsibility. You also have a solid technical understanding, even if you are not working hands-on today.
This role is ideal for someone currently working as a network specialist, technical lead, or service lead who wants to take broader operational responsibility.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks, a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience, and fluency in Swedish and English are also required.
