About the role
We’re seeking a strategic IT Infrastructure Manager & Service Portfolio Manager that will be accountable for the end-to-end service delivery of core IT infrastructure services, ensuring they are designed, implemented, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.
You’ll lead a department consisting of two teams including team leaders, one network team and one compute infrastructure team. The department has a hybrid set-up with colleagues both in Sweden and in Poland. You will manage the service portfolio and budget to ensure cost-effective solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a department of network and compute specialists
- Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure strategies
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
- Oversee cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Define and manage the infrastructure service portfolio according to the ITIL framework, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization for infrastructure services
- Ensure service offerings are efficient, scalable, and financially sustainable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
- Act as a trusted partner to internal business units, understanding their needs and proactively delivering value through shared services
About you

You take a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuously improving services.

Being a natural communicator, you have an exceptional ability to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive on managing teams and driving service excellence.
You bring a solid background in IT infrastructure, networking, and compute environments, along with experience in IT Service Management—particularly in Change, Incident, and Problem Management. You also have knowledge of ITIL methodologies, especially in Service Continuity, Information Security, and Service Level Management. You are proficient in using ServiceNow for service management processes. With strong financial acumen, you can manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial efficiency. Fluency in English is essential.
