After many wonderful years, our valued HR Coordinator is now retiring. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to take over parts of that work – and at the same time be involved in shaping the role as it evolves to meet new needs within the HR field.
About the Role
A central part of the role is the administrative work where you will handle both large and small issues within the HR field. You will be responsible for coordinating and quality-assuring our benefits, as well as ensuring that our local HR intranet is updated with current information and news. The role also includes follow-up and management of various agreements.
In this role, you will also support our HR Business Partners in recruitment processes – from creating and publishing advertisements to managing recruitment tools, making selections, and contributing to a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, you will work with our HR systems, be a part of preparing materials for workshops and various HR initiatives and be involved in driving the development of our processes. Here, we work closely together, and you will have the opportunity to both learn a lot and contribute with your own ideas.
Together with the HR Manager, you will also be responsible for reporting KPI´s and other key figures to Stena AB. Besides that, you will be an important part of our work environment focus and contribute to creating a safe and sustainable workplace for the companies we support.
About You
You thrive on creating structure when many ideas and questions are in circulation and are a good listener. As a person, you are organized, meticulous, and good at collaborating, important is that you also understand the importance of integrity in the HR role.
We are looking for a colleague who is open, helpful, and has a good sense of humor. You know what good service and collegial cooperation entail and have the sensitivity required in interactions with people. Together, we create HR work based on trust, long-term relationships, and a positive work culture.
You have a relevant education in HR, probably from a college or university. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in qualified HR work and can express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. You are confident in new technical equipment and programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably have experience with Co-pilot or similar tools.
