About the role
As an IAM Administrator, you’ll manage the daily operations of our identity and access management processes while supporting the ongoing development of our new identity governance platform in SailPoint. You will work closely with your colleagues and maintain daily contact with business stakeholders to ensure secure, relevant, and compliant access by designing and maintaining roles, workflows, and access campaigns that meet business needs. In addition, you will administer and support Active Directory, ensuring proper account provisioning, group management, and policy enforcement as part of the overall IAM function.

This is a role where you get to combine hands-on operational work while looking for ways to continuously improve, helping us strengthen security, enhance the user experience, and build a future-proof IAM environment across the different Stena companies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day IAM tasks, including handling tickets for provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning accounts. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and anomaly investigations.
• Administer and optimize the SailPoint platform by managing roles, entitlements, and enforcing least privilege principles.
• Conduct regular access reviews, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align IAM practices with organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM tasks, improve efficiency, and support system integrations.
• Carry out ongoing maintenance and cleanup activities to ensure stability, efficiency, and security of IAM systems.

About you
As a person you are detail oriented and security conscious. Through strong organizational and communication skills, you understand complex processes and can communicate with both customers and IT colleagues. You prefer to work in teams and help your colleagues when needed. With a flexible mindset you are adaptable to changing environments.

You bring at least two years of experience in Active Directory and Identity & Access Management, including SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA tools. You are skilled in M365 and Azure/Entra ID administration, proficient in PowerShell scripting, and have a solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure, security rights, and access controls.

You are fluent in English, both fluent and in writing. Experience with IT service management practices and tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
