As our M365 Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and optimize solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform — covering SharePoint, Power Platform, and custom applications with React, .NET, and SPFx. You will also work with DevOps processes to ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable across Stena’s diverse business areas, ranging from maritime and offshore operations to property, finance, and new business initiatives.

You will be part of the Collaboration team and work closely with other functions, business units, and stakeholders within Stena Group IT. Together, you will align IT strategy with business needs, continuously improve our platforms, and deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, Power Platform applications, and custom components with React, .NET, and SPFx.
• Contribute to solution deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and 3rd-line support to ensure reliability and high availability.
• Conduct infrastructure enhancements, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security measures, and industry standards.
• Act as a bridge between solution design and technology, collaborating across teams.
• Stay current with the latest technologies in M365, cloud, DevOps, and application development.

About you
We are looking for a collaborative and forward-leaning developer who enjoys solving complex challenges and working in a dynamic environment. You should be a strong problem solver, eager to learn new technologies, and skilled at communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

We believe that you have excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a focus on service reliability. You have proven experience with SharePoint development, Power Platform, and custom solutions using React, .NET, and SPFx as well as proficiency with DevOps tools and cloud platforms, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, preferably with Azure DevOps. A solid understanding of security and compliance standards within M365 solutions is required to succeed in this role.

You have an excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is a requirement.

Experience in areas such as Integration Development, Full Stack Development, M365 Development, Solution Architecture, or SharePoint Engineering would be highly regarded.
