Are you an independent, flexible and highly organized Student Assistant who is interested in a career within the shipping and maritime industry? If you are able to work approximately 15 hours a week next to your studies, then you are the one we are looking for to join our team in Hellerup!

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

You will report to the Fleet Personnel Manager and will effectively support our dedicated team with tasks that are mainly focused around administration:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks such as preparing templates, presentations, agendas for meetings, gathering information, data validation, etc.
• Support with the development of existing projects
• Document and data management
• Administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
• Monthly Reporting

What we expect

• You have strong communication skills
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• You have strong computer skills
• You hold an EU citizen work and residence permit

We will do everything we can to get you off to a great start, by teaching you about our vessels and the way we work. At times when things can get busy, we are hoping you can help us by taking any additional workload. And, as you develop, we will add more tasks to the job to expand your skillset and gain exposure to the different processes.
