A challenging and exciting opportunity to become a key part of Stena Bulk’s business. We are a qualified finance team with a high level of experience, and we are now looking for a person to be responsible for the accounting, financial control and corporate governance in Sweden, and coordination of it at group level.

As Manager of Financial Control, you’ll step into a role that combines financial leadership with innovation. The role is dynamic and central to the accounting and financial reporting of the Stena Bulk business area. This position requires a strong focus on accounting, legal structures, tax, and corporate governance (including internal control) to ensure accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency. You are expected to leverage digital technologies, including AI, to streamline and advance processes and workflows.

This role involves close collaboration with finance teams across Houston, Singapore, Dubai, Copenhagen, and Cyprus, as well as other functions within Stena Bulk and Stena AB, and includes travelling, primarily to our offices globally.

The position will be structured to some extent based on your background, knowledge, and experience, allowing you to leverage your expertise while contributing to a global organization.

About you
We believe that you are a thorough and analytical person with high integrity. You are a strong team player who enjoys varied work assignments in terms of both tasks and time. As a person you are social and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.

You have relevant experience and have worked with accounting, finance and corporate governance for at least 7 years. You have an adequate education in finance or equivalent. It is important that you can express yourself in English as our everyday life consists of working on an international market.
