We offer
As our Collaboration & Productivity Manager, you will manage and lead a team delivering the collaboration and productivity services used by Stena’s different business areas, covering everything from maritime and wind-turbines, to new business and waste management. You will ensure that the team delivers high-quality and user-friendly IT solutions and services that enable collaboration, communication and productivity across our diverse and exciting organization.

You will lead, coach and develop the Collaboration & Productivity team, consisting of 20 IT professionals working with providing the IT solutions and services in the areas of:

• Collaboration & Internal Information Services: e-mail, teams, collaboration and intranet portals.
• Web Solutions: web site development and delivery.
• Videoconferencing: video meeting and conferencing solutions.
• Telephony: voice communication solutions.
• Broadcasting: production and streaming of web events.

Services are mainly based on but not limited to the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Power Platform).

You will be the service owner for the services and ensure that these are efficiently delivered with high quality and customer satisfaction. This includes defining and implementing best practices and roadmap for services, as well as driving and supporting the adoption and usage of these to best support our business units.

You will be part of the Infrastructure & End User Services management team and work closely with other functions, business units and stakeholders within Stena Group IT and Stena to align the IT strategy and roadmap with the business needs and goals. To stay relevant, you will continuously evaluate your services and seek new initiatives that can excel the delivery towards our businesses.

About you
We believe that you have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and are not afraid to think creatively to find the best solutions for our unique environment. You are a natural leader and knows how to engage and lead a technical team. With great communication skills you know how to meet both tech and non tech people in our organization.

You have solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange etc. At least you have 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams, projects and processes in the field of IT. You have a proven track record of delivering IT solutions across a global and diverse organization.

As English is our corporate language, it is mandatory that you are fluent both speaking and writing.
