An exciting role where you, as an experienced Technical Program Manager, will oversee the development and delivery of large-scale technical and transformational programs.

As Technical Program Manager you will lead the planning and execution of complex technical programs from concept to launch. That means you are responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets and resource plans.

You will define program scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues and dependencies. Therefore, it is essential to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Architects, product management, and operations.

One of your key responsibilities will be to provide regular program updates and reports to executive management and stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor project managers and junior program coordinators.

About you
We believe that you have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, both agile and waterfall. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role you are an excellent communicator in both English and Swedish and possess leadership and interpersonal skills. You have the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management.

If you have PMP or other project management certifications it is a plus.
